Any builder can build you a house but, that’s not what you’re looking for. You’re looking for a builder that will build your home. Dennis and Blyth built our home. The way they did that was by first building a relationship with us. They took the time to get to know us and made us apart of the process. Literally from beginning to end we had a voice. They asked questions and took note of what was important to us. They’re very personable and genuine people.

 

They’re very much about quality and not concerned with quantity. They’re hard working and very much hands on which is not common with other builders. There were plenty of times where I would come to my house unannounced to check on the progress and I’d find Dennis actually working with his team. If I called he’d answer. If I text he’d reply. Half the time I’m sure my questions were dumb but he always made me feel like my concerns were important to him. Blyth is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet and has a great eye for the smallest details.

 

I truly feel that we made friends with Dennis and Blyth. With Tierra Homes you’re not just a another number or a random client. Building a home will probably be the biggest investment of your life. Take your business to a builder that will still call you even after your house is complete and you’re already moved in. I’ll never build with anyone else. You shouldn’t either.
